Thank you for choosing the Rainbow Motel! We find that guests have the optimum experience at the Rainbow Motel when expectations are made perfectly clear.

 

MAKING A RESERVATION

Must be 18+ years old with a valid credit card is required in order to make a guaranteed reservation

Our rates are for single and/or double occupancy, and subject to change at any time. There is a $15 charge for any additional guest, and the maximum occupancy per room is four (4).

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your reservation 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund and to not be charged for your stay.

If you fail to contact us to cancel your reservation and you do not check-in, you will be a charged a "no-show" fee in the amount of one (1) night room and tax, and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled.

 

CHECKING IN

Check-in time is from 3pm - 6pm. Please contact us on the day of arrival if you plan to arrive early, and we will do our best to accommodate this request. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please contact us to make special arrangements for checking in. 

A valid photo ID for all guests is required to check in. The physical credit card and the cardholder must be present, OR an Authorization Form must be filled out, signed by the cardholder, and returned to us prior to arrival.

All guests must complete a Registration Card, agreeing to the Term & Conditions, and agreeing to follow all guest policies.

 

PET POLICY

We do allow dogs only, limited to one (1) per room, and allowed in our pet-designated rooms only. Pet rent is charged in addition to room rental at $15/night. A $30 non-refundable cleaning fee is charged at check-in and you must sign the pet policy agreeing to pay all damages caused by your pet. A $250 fee will be charged in the event any unregistered pet is found on the property or in a guestroom.

 

GUEST ROOM CLEANING

We do not offer daily cleaning service if your stay is 1 - 3 nights. At any time however, we are happy to provide fresh towels, linens or guest room supplies. Please notify management upon arrival of any special requests.

If you are a weekly guest, your room will be cleaned once during the week.

 

DAMAGES

We are candid in our communication about damages done to the rooms. You will be charged for any replacement cost, plus labor, for anything beyond normal wear and tear. Including, but not limited to: 1) smoking in the room, 2) excessively soiled linens, towels or carpet, or 3) damage to any furniture, fixtures & equipment.

 

GUEST POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We will not issue a refund if a guest is asked to leave the motel for any violation of this policy, or for any reason deemed necessary by management

Guests may only rent rooms for themselves. Passing of keys to an unregistered guest is strictly prohibited.

Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Absolutely, no illegal activity, drugs, or parties permitted on property.

All guest rooms are non-smoking, and no smoking is allowed within 25 feet of room entrances. Smoking allowed in designated area only.

Quiet time is 10pm – 9am, and is strictly enforced.

Check out time is 11:00am.
