SMOKE FREE, NOT JUST A RESOLUTION, BUT A FACT

Hey conscience, we are SMOKE FREE effective 2021. Consider it us making a resolution for your health.

No smoking in any room, no smoking outside the rooms, no smoking on the entire property. We can recommend to you other motels or hotels to seek a reservation if you want to smoke.

A charge of $250 will be added to your room charges if you smoke in any Rainbow Guest Room. Additionally, you will be charged for any damage caused by smoking.

MAKING A RESERVATION

Must be 18+ years old with a valid credit card is required in order to make a guaranteed reservation.

Our rates are for single and/or double occupancy, and subject to change at any time. There is a $15 charge for any additional guest, and the maximum occupancy per room is four (4).

Please call us directly for any special requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your reservation 48 hours (2 days) prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund and to not be charged for your stay.

If you fail to contact us to cancel your reservation and you do not check-in, you will be a charged a "no-show" fee in the amount of one (1) night room and tax, and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled.

CHECKING IN

Check-in time is from 3pm - 6pm. Please contact us on the day of arrival if you plan to arrive early, and we will do our best to accommodate this request. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please contact us to make special arrangements for checking in.

A valid photo ID for all guests is required to check in. The physical credit card and the cardholder must be present, OR an Authorization Form must be filled out, signed by the cardholder, and returned to us prior to arrival.

All guests must complete a Registration Card, agreeing to the Term & Conditions, and agreeing to follow all guest policies.

PET POLICY

Just like Guests at the Rainbow must identify the names of all humans registered to the room, any pet must be registered too. Any pet found on the property that is not registered will cause a cleaning fee of $250 to be assessed to the Guest’s credit card.

Dog breeds not allowed at the Rainbow include Pit Bull-type dogs (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Cane Corsos.

Limit of 1 Dog per room. No Cats. Non-refundable Registration Fee of $50 + $10/nightly pet fee paid in advance for the term of the guest stay. Pet weight limit of 30 lbs. Credit Card required to be held on file for pet damage up to $250.

Annual Dog Show Guests are exempted from this pet policy.

Service Animals are welcome at the Rainbow. Under the ADA, service animals are working animals that perform tasks for a person with a disability. We may ask if the animal is a service animal required for a disability or what tasks it has been trained to perform. We will not require proof of certification or charge a pet fee, but you will be responsible for damages caused by your animal.

• Colorado Revised Statutes 24-34-803 states that an individual who has control or custody of a service animal is liable for any damage the animal causes to property.
• The damage fee is for the damage itself, not a fee for having the service animal on the premises.
• The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the service animal, even if the animal is housebroken and has no history of causing damage.
• The motel can charge the same fees for damages caused by a service animal as it would for any other guest.

Pets whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify under the Americans with Disability Act. Under Colorado law, it is a criminal offense to misrepresent an animal as a service animal. C.R.S. §18-13-107.7.

GUEST ROOM CLEANING

We do not offer daily cleaning service if your stay is 1 - 3 nights. At any time however, we are happy to provide fresh towels, linens or guest room supplies. Please notify management upon arrival of any special requests.

If you are a weekly guest, your room will be cleaned once during the week.

DAMAGES

We are candid in our communication about damages done to the rooms. You will be charged for any replacement cost, plus labor, for anything beyond normal wear and tear. Including, but not limited to: 1) smoking in the room, 2) excessively soiled linens, towels or carpet, or 3) damage to any furniture, fixtures & equipment.

GUEST POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

We will not issue a refund if a guest is asked to leave the motel for any violation of this policy, or for any reason deemed necessary by management

Guests may only rent rooms for themselves. Passing of keys to an unregistered guest is strictly prohibited.

Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Absolutely, no illegal activity, drugs, or parties permitted on property.

All guest rooms and all of the property is non-smoking. No smoking anywhere. Please, if you must smoke, check into another motel. Your credit card will be charged $250 if you are found to be smoking in the rooms or on the property.

Quiet time is 10pm – 9am, and is strictly enforced.

Check out time is 11:00am.
