The Weld County Commissioners approved a new judicial center and future administrative center for 10th Ave, within a mile of the Rainbow.
The project is expected to cost $490 million and achieve two things: Keep the county courts where they exist today AND maintain the vitality of the retail and restaurants in the immediate area of 901 9th Ave, Greeley, 80631.
For guests of the Rainbow it translates to convenience. The new judicial and admin center are 9 blocks from the Rainbow…a quick 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.
